    I don’t have a WordPress yet but I am looking at trying to find a tool to help my business communicate better. Is there some form of online tool where can have my stores communicate back and forth ?

    For Ex. my one store runs out of milk so they post on a blog. The blog would notify all the manager (via email) that there has been a post. and than another manager from a different store could comment or post back saying that they have some milk..

    I need a tool that will help fix communication between all my stores. I want a tool that when someone post something in the blog everyone that I give permission too can see it right away. Is word press the right tool ???

    It can do that, but it sounds like what you’d really be looking for is more of a private forum?

    If that’s the case look at bbpress as that will be a better match for what you’re looking for.
