Business Directory Plugin (How to Modify)

I’m not a programmer of any kind so please talk to me as someone VERY new to it all.

I’m completely stummped!

This plugin sticks the directory several lines down from the menu.

I want to bring the whole thing up the page and delete title so spent literally days trying to alter wpbusdirman.css in the css folder.

Do you know what I discovered? Never mind trying to alter it; if you actually delete the whole file it doesn’t make any difference to anything – everything stays the same.

So now I’m left trying to go through all the files to find a file where I can alter the layout as I need it to be.

If someone can enlighten me as to how and why I’ve got the wrong end of the stick I’d much appreciate it.
