Business account not showing Videos

    Hi,
    MY business account only shows IG images but not videos, is that a known issue?

    As I tested it with my personal account and videos on this account started appearing without any delay.

    Hi @azhargill,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. When I check the posts for the account directly on Instagram, all of the recent videos I see are Instagram Reels. Unfortunately the Instagram API currently does not support Reel posts and as such, we are not able to display them in our plugin. Once Instagram adds Reel posts to their API we will be sure to quickly add support for them in our plugin as well. If you want to post video content that also shows in your Instagram Feed, please use Instagram Video which now supports longer video formats.
