I regularly get this message about 1-2 times an hour:

Burst Statistics Unknown version: Failed to determine hit type.
```
A new installation does not seem to solve the problem.

Is there anything else in the debug.log?

And are you on the free or pro version?

I currently use the free version.
Otherwise there are no messages in the debug log.

Hi Thorsten,

I think this is due to the Complianz integration. Are you on the latest version of both Complianz and Burst?

In the mean time I will look into the integration. Thank you for notifying us as this helps us make Burst better!
