# Bundle pack question

 * Hello.
 * I’m interested in buying the bundle pack and I visited the forums ([https://ultimatemember.com/forums/](https://ultimatemember.com/forums/))
   to get some insight but I’ve seen that they are not active and the last posts
   are from a year ago. Is this because they are locked and only visible to members?
   Is there a registration form somewhere so I can join and ask my pre-purchase 
   questions there?
 * Also, since I live in EU and it’s an international order, I think I don’t have
   to pay the 24% VAT.
 * Please let me know.

 * Due to wp.org forum rules we are not allowed to discuss paid extensions on this
   website. In future you will need to submit a pre-purchase question via their 
   website. If you think they are not active or not responsive enough, then maybe
   you shouldn’t buy anything yet.

 * It’s ok, I don’t want an answer for the VAT here.
    But since I assume you work
   for Ultimate Member, can you please answer me the other question, if the forums
   are active but locked to unregistered users?
