Bundle Items – Product Feed Errors – “shipping_weight” attribute missing

    Hello! And thank you for taking the time to review my support request.

    Okay, so the plug-in seems to work great! I haven’t had any issues with its implementation to WooCommerce or creating a bundled product. Everything is smooth through checkout for customer & on my back-end.

    However, the ‘shipping_weight’ is not on the data layer for product feeds. WooCommerce typically puts shipping weight in 1 of 2 categories. ‘Weight’ or ‘Shipping_weight (custom attribute). The second comes from WooCommerce not adding MPC, gtin, & Brand.

    Even when trying to create Feed Rules / Exceptions to try and push the weight value into the field. I can’t seem to find the custom attribute the value is assigned to.

    I did report your case to our developers and yesterday we released an update for this plugin, have you updated your plugin yet? Please do it, check your site again then give us some feedback if the issue still remains unsolved so that we would know what needs to be improved on.

    I just patched the newest version of the plug-in, re-ran my product feed, fetched & processed with Google.

    It looks like the field is still missing.

    For your case, I’d recommend that you send an email directly to our developers and describe the problem as well as provide the needed information for them to find the cause and fix this soon. You can kindly find the contact in this page. I have reported you case, but it was sent to a waiting list, so this incompatibility might possibly haven’t been solved in this update. Don’t worry, our developers are working truly hard to fix all the reported cases asap.
