Bullet Problem

I seem to have different formatting of bullets on different pages of my site.

Now the first link has the bullets hidden behind my site skin. The 2nd link has them as orange arrows from a .png.

I can’t for the life of me figure how to change the bullets in the first to match the bullets in the 2nd link. I’m not sure which piece of css the first link is even using. I want them to be orange, not white and hidden. Any ideas?
