Bulk upload tickets

    Hi there,
    I was wondering is it possible to bulk upload attendees ands end them a ticket? We collect ticket holders through our FB ads so looking for a plugin that allows this.

    Hi @lindavydra,

    Yes, it is possible to bulk upload attendees, but before this, you will need to import (or create) the FB events and bookings, since attendees are connected to the events and cannot be imported independently.

    If you feel this method is inadequate for your scenario, we would like to learn more about the workflow you want to follow for this. Based on those details, we can suggest a different method, or add a new option to EventPrime.
