Sorry for late reply. Yes, there is a way to bulk upload URLs. You will find the section to do this under the Import/Export tab in Library Settings. There is a template CSV file included in the plugin to be able to enter all links and import them.
There is no bulk edit function yet. That being said, there is an option in the importer to update items when the URL is the same as existing items.
Finally, there is a way to export links in the plugin as a CSV file. So you export, modify, and re-import to update.
