Bulk Rules Can’t be removed on some setups

    The plugin is cool, but seems like more than a few of us are stuck with Bulk Rules that can’t be removed and ignored in the support thread…

    Maybe a litespeed thing?

    @bonsaigil thank you for letting me know about this bug! It was fixed starting from v1.4.0.2. Please test it and if everything is alright, it would be great if you can update your review!
