bulk remove interrupted uploads from ftp

I’m cleaning up my media library now, as I’m getting close to my server space limits.

I’ve just realized I have a lot of duplicate files on ftp. Media library is clean and no duplicates here. From time to time my uploads were interrupted. I though that files were not uploaded successfully, so I uploaded them again. This is probably the reason for ftp duplicates.

So now I have some files on ftp ‘uploads’ folder that are not in the database. I started deleting them manually, but it’s time consuming. Is there any easy and automated way to recognize and delete ftp files that are not present in media library?
