Yes, that’s possible. When you visit your admin Orders page, there is “Merge (Print) Invoice” action in “Bulk Actions” meta box. This will merge all selected documents in single PDF.
Alternatively, you can download all PDFs in single zip (“Download (Zip) Invoice” action), but this is probably not what you were looking for.
