    hey there.

    the following error occours bf and after updating to wp 5.2+imagify (the latest update):
    when i try bulk optimization – nothing occours:
    the spin loader keeps rolling but no % progress.
    plus, when i click for details – there’s no progress as well on selected images.

    i have hunders of MB on my quota so i dont think tht’s the problem.

    Thanks a lot for your patience on this!

    There are a few potential causes of this issue. We would be happy if you could try the following and let us know if that helps.

    – We have changed the way bulk optimization works in v1.9, and now it does self-ajax request. Sometimes these requests are blocked, and that should be checked in order to be sure it works. We can do this for you, but we would have to access the admin area (it would be good to create a ticket via our website in that case and send us access details – https://imagify.io/contact ).

    You can also contact your hosting provider to check this, and unblock ajax self-request.

    Another possibility is using WP Rocket’s HeartBeat control feature. We have noticed some issues with it and working on the fix. You can try to deactivate this option temporary and test again.

    In our case it was the heartbeat feature – once disabled, processbar is moving and everything seems fine.
