    Hi

    I tried to import bulk tracking with downloaded template. But it is not working.

    order_id tracking_provider tracking_number date_shipped status_shipped
    55089 ePacket S00000165179503 12-03-2020 1

    Can you help me how to solve this problem.

    Thanks. It is showing “Import in progress” for an hour but it is not importing anything.

    Please refresh the website cache if you use cache plugins or CloudFlare and browser cache. if the issue continues, login to your site in incognito mode and check if it continues, if yes, it might be a conflict with another plugin or theme, check your console for JS error, try to deactivate all other plugins besides WC and AST and see if the issue continues..

    Thanks. CSV file upload is not successfull. It does not show any error message but is say, import in progress, for for hours. and not done.

    What can be the reason. How can it be solved.

    Hi @ikmujn1g,

    We checked the Bulk upload CSV and we can’t replicate this issue. It might be a conflict with another plugin or theme, check your console for JS error, try to deactivate all other plugins besides WC and AST, and see if the issue continues.
