Bulk Editing of Prices worked great

Tried two other methods to bulk edit prices. This is the one that worked, without excessive risk or crashing
( Pro version has undo ). Had to do 100 Products at a time, but that was due to server side resources. In the end, got it done.

By the way Wocommerce Bulk Edit does not have an undo, so thread carefully. When i tried it, it added the
percentage to values over $1 and added a fixed value to anything under $1. So had to restore the database.
