I’ve been using Media Library Assistant for a few months and it worked fabulous.

Today I tried to bulk update some images I’ve just uploaded to the server and registered them with Bulk Media Register (I’ve had do that a lot of times) but it gives me this error:

An ajax.fail error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.

I really don’t understand what happened since I’ve been doing this a lot of times and worked fine.

    Could somebody help me?

    Thanks!

  • I get the same error after the update to 3.0. The older version 2.99 still works fine.

    Thanks for sharing!

I’ve rolled back to version 2.99 and it worked fine 😉

Hope the next update could solve the issue, meanwhile, I’m deactivating automatic upgrading.

Thanks for both of your reports, and thanks for including the full text of the “ajax.fail” message.

This is a defect introduced in MLA v3.00 as a consequence of adding NONCE checks to the Media/Assistant bulk actions. I regret the error and the inconvenience.

I have released MLA v3.01 which corrects the error. I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it if the problem still occurs after updating your site. Thank you for alerting me to this defect and for your interest in the plugin.

    Hi David,

That’s great news, I’m glad you had the opportunity to check and solve the issue almost immediately 😀

I’ve upgraded and bulk edit some images and it worked correctly.

Thanks a lot! Nice work with the plugin, it’s very useful!
