Bulk edit status for Pages blank

When I quick edit or bulk edit Pages, the status dropdown is blank. The Posts work fine. Thanks for the great plugin.

We can confirm this bug. Thanks for reporting it @easyco. We’ll get an update version of PublishPress released quickly.
