Bulk Edit Member Directory Privacy

    Inclusion in the member directory is ON by default. Due to privacy concerns, I would like to make the directory opt-in only to our existing users, but I cannot find a way to do this. The closest option I have found is to hide all members who have not uploaded a profile picture. Then, instruct them that if they want their profile to be public, they can upload a picture. This is not ideal, since some have a picture already uploaded, and when I make the directory active it will make their profiles public.

    Is there any way for me, as admin, to bulk edit several hundred users at once, making their profile hidden (or private) in the member directory?

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible in the current version of the plugin, however, we will see if we can add this option in the future plugin updates.
