Bulk edit/delete, Quote Builder, and Send Email

    Helo.I’m trying to learn Jetpack CRM and there are some features that don’t work like:

    1. Create a quote from the quote builder template (button doesn’t work)

    2. Bulk edit/delete (for contact) = Go button doesn’t work

    3. Email to Customer: (Send Quote button doesn’t work)

    Do all the features above have to be subscribed or can it be with the free version?

    Hi Dadan!

    Yes, those features you’ve mentioned are available with the free Jetpack CRM plugin. If buttons aren’t working for you, there may be something else installed on your site that’s causing problems. Please go through the following troubleshooting steps to check for that:

    – Verify that all plugins are fully updated to the latest versions
    – Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack CRM to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved and the buttons are now working properly with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
    – If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test the buttons again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
    – Clear your browser cache and cookies
    – Try a different browser
    – Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re not sure how to check those logs, your web host can help you with that.

    Hi, thanks for the info, it found conflict with Dokan Multivendor Plugin:

    DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://www.domain.com/wp-content/plugins/dokan-lite/assets/js/createDidHook.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

    I will contact Dokan support for this and will update again here.
