• Hi!

I have a major issue with bulk discount. I have products with a lot of variations, and i tried to use “buy 10, pay for nine”. And it ended up in misery.. In one order, a customer ordered one product with three variations and 4 of each of these variations (12 pcs) and another product with ten different variations an one of each of those. She ended up paying for nine of 22 products… i had to get rid of all of the discounts, because everything went wrong.. Anyone else had this problem?

Is there anyone at woocommerce/wordpress that looks at this forum?

    Hi

I have a case where 5 of the same variants give the correct discount, but if i choose 1 product in 5 different variants then no discount is calculated.

I am having an issue with variants, too. The maximum flat rate discount is applied to each variant, instead of the total of the cart. So if the consumer orders 3 variants, instead of $6 maximum discount, they’re receiving $18 off!

    Any solutions?

    Hi KareneAZ

i think it is a configuration flaw.

I do the excact same and it is working.

ca755, I hope you’re right! The configuration seems straightforward but I feel like I’ve tried everything. Can you tell me how you’ve set it up that it’s working correctly?
If you’re interested. Here’s my client’s site: http://babynasalaspirator.com Try the Classic bulb.

Does the same thing for me – example:
Calendars 12.95 or 2 for 24, mix and match (3 variations/sizes, all same price).
    With fixed discount:
    minimum number 2, fixed discount $ 0.95.
On an order of 2 of same type, no problem, discounts 1.90 and total is 24. But if 1 of each, it discounts EACH LINE 1.90.
Flat discount has a similar but opposite problem with variations -set as above, it works if you have variations but if you have 2 of the same type, it only discounts .95. if you set it to double the discount, it works for no variation but then calculate for each line.

Not sure why it’s not just calculating on the total – is there a setting for this we’re missing?
