bulk change of toolbar for users

    I have just imported around 1000 users following an import of a Snitz forum into BBpress.

    They have been set as “show toolbar when visiting site” which I don’t want.

    Is there a quick bit of code I could run to turn this off for all users (and then I can manually turn it back on for the 3 admins)?

    Either a php or other file I could run once, or an sql query I could use in phpMyadmin?

    As I am a thicko guy, some really dumb instructions (go into x, type this in and hot y) would be great !!
