I am trying to optimize several images from within the media library. So I select the images, select optimize and press apply. But nothing happens. Have tried several times.
    Something I might be missing?

If I open an image and optimize it from there, it works.

Could it be you need paid credit to be able to use the bulk function? Because I have a free account with 25MB.

So I was hoping it was because I had a free account. I purchased a monthly subscription. But still I am not able to use the bulk function from the media library.
So I can’t use it the way I want.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    Just send you the details.
Just hope it won’t take another 4,5 days to get a reply because I send me issue through your contact form a couple of days ago and no reply.
    Bit disappointing..

It turns out to be a conflict with the Admin Columns Pro plugin.
Hopefully the people of Imagify and Admin Columns Pro can solve this.

    Hi @feridb,

Thank you for letting us know.

We are aware of this issue with Admin Columns Pro, and we do have it in our plans to work on, so we should have this resolved in the future.

    Best regards,

    Joseph

    Hi Joseph,

I’m one of the authors of Admin Columns. I also had a look at the issue before and it seems to be in the jquery event plugin. What I remember is that you trigger the jQuery plugin on one of our markup elements because of a too global selector. Please let me know if you need any help from our side to fix this issue.

@wp_media I have archived your reply.

While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.
