• Hello. My name is Tim. I’ve been working at Seacoast Mills Building Supply in Brentwood,NH for about a year. We are in desperate need of some Tech support. I am unable to update any links, change pictures and as of this morning when I tried to update, I got a fatal error:
Cannot redeclare has_shortcode() (previously declared in /home/seacoast/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php:166) in /home/seacoast/public_html/wp-content/themes/options/framework/functions/common.php on line 23

I am going to be in charge of the website from this point forward so please contact me asap as our site is totally down as of now!
    Thank you,
    Tim

@sawdust74, These forums are not for soliciting developers. If you want to continue here please note that everyone supporting is a volunteer, support must remain on the forums and that you will have to work with us to get your site back up (instead of us doing the work for you). If that doesn’t meet your expectations please try http://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://jetpack.pro/ and do not accept any hire offers posted to these forums.

If you want to continue here, can you let us know if you have access to your hosting provider’s control panel?

Hi Andrew. Thanks for getting back to me. I am in no way a good website guru. I’m a carpenter and lumber salesman. So with that said, I believe I do have the log in info for: seacoastmills.com/wp-admin
However I can’t even access that because when I tried to do an update, the error code showed up. What should I do next?

Thanks Tim, what I meant by hosting provider’s control panel is a dashboard that is not controlled by WordPress. It is different from the WordPress dashboard. The hosting provider’s control panel should have a tool that gives you access to the files and folders behind your website. Something like “File Manager”.

I have literally no means of getting into any of my site settings, wordpress or otherwise
