Built in WordPress gallery not working

    I am trying to add a gallery to a page on my website, and after I publish the page, the gallery isn’t showing up on it. I inserted the gallery properly, but nothing. This happens for a while now and I don’t know what’s wrong. Maybe it’s the WP update, or some plugin I installed. I am going to give you a list of all the active plugins on my website so you can have more info about the problem.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    Thanks. It worked by deactivating all plugins and reactivating them one by one. The plugin that messed the things up is “Frontpage Category Filter”. I don’t need it anyway, so it’s going to be fired.
