Building site with Dreamweaver and managing with WordPress?

    Hello,

    Im a totall noob to WordPress but i do ok with Dreamweaver.
    Now i have a weird question: Is it possible to first build your website in Dreamweaver, and then manage the content with WordPress?

    If yes, how??
