I am hoping that I can get some help here. I have used WordPress to develop themes for multiple page blogs and sites. My client has asked for a single page website (http://www.wcaactiongroup.org.uk), which is working fine so far. It was designed as flat PHP and HTML as he did not require editing. Now, he does require editing. (I really should have seen that coming.)
Since he is a newbie when it comes to design, I am wanting to design the site in WordPress. He has used it for the organisation’s main website (this is a side project from the organisation) so I know he can use the system, but he wants to keep the single page layout and not go to a multiple page layout. Can I do this? I’m quite a beginner in WordPress myself, and I’ve designed my themes with a pre-made blank theme until I feel comfortable with the loops and everything. Would it be foolish to ask for help here?
My theory was to create each section of the original site as a separate page, but how would I then add those into the theme? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
