  • Hello,

If the image you have large enough:

    – new section with two rows
    – edit section, add background image, set it to cover
    – in first column add a text element
    – add text and style background of that first column in your desired color
    – make sure the page is set to 100% full width
    – make sure the section is set to full width
    * clik on the text element> advanced> margin until it suits you needs

That should take care of this, here the VERY quick result in my test where I did the above:

Hello, thank you very much, but unfortunately that is not the solution. The text must be flush with the logo. The Header is also in the grid. Here’s another example:

    do you have another solution?

    Thanks!

    Hi Toddy,

Well, if you adjust the margins more so the text gets alligned with the logo, I think you will get the layout you want. Please look at my test link again now, I adjusted the margin of the text until it is alligned under the logo.

Is that not what you are looking to accomplish?

Hi Annie, unfortunately not. the distance left from the text always remains the same in your Version. The distance to the left of the logo in my version varies depending on the screen resolution. The text should be just like the navigation in the grid. Sorry, it’s difficult to explain, but the text should be under the logo at every resolution and the image display out of the grid.

    Hi Toddy,

Sure, that is where the responsive options come in.
Just click on the little icon left of the Marge settings and adjust per tablet and mobile.

Let me know if that works for you.

Ps: as I said my test is a VERY quick 🙂 one, not worked out all the details like responsive settings…

I did adjust it now, and I see what you mean, I think…

While adjusting as I mentioned above in responsive settings, all looks fine in edit Elementor. However when I resize in browser, their are some screensizes where the text still is not alligned.

THe site you show is not build in wordpress and the header might be in the content grid there. At this point not sure how to achieve this with Elementor. Maybe create custom template for this?

Yes 😉 that’s what I meant … right, I did not find that on a WordPress site. Thought there is a way with Elementor. I like the layout. But thanks for your effort!

    Hi,

Yes, I do think this can be done, but I think you will need to create an Elementor template with custom header, then add that template in the page where you need it and set that page to “canvas”.

Have not tried this specifically, but this might get you on the right track:

Yes, that could be a way. I will try it 😉

    Good luck!
