build landing page for download url such as in website scriptmafia.org

does anyone know scriptmafia.org? 😀
they have a landing page for their download links. so if visitor click download link, he will be redirected to a landing page before he can continue downloading stuff.

my question is, is there any plugin for wordpress to do that kind of job?
