# Build interrupted

 * I keep getting the following error:
 * Build Interrupt
    The current build has experienced an issue. Please try the process
   again.
 * Details
    Server Status: 200 -OK Error Message:
 * I am not getting this error when I use the filter to filter out everything in
   the root (eg- Archive size is 0kb) and only let Duplicator package up the database.
   Very quick then too.
 * In Duplicator settings I have both the keep alive and mysqldump enabled.
 * I’ve looked at the logs, and it looks like this is where it hangs (if it gets
   to this point, sometimes it quits sooner).
    ARCHIVE COMPRESSING SIZE: XX STATS:
   Dirs 501 | Files 9,816 | Links 0 SQL ADDED: **databasename**.sql WARNING: Unable
   to zip directory: ‘***dirname of website root folder***’ Items archived [1501]
   flushing response. Items archived [2502] flushing response. Items archived [3503]

 * PHP ZipArchive –enable-zip is turned on in PHP options.
    PHP TIME LIMIT: (0) 
   no time limit imposed PHP MAX MEMORY: 5000M
 * I don’t know what to check next to make this run.

 * Most likely the process is being killed at the web server level. I would check
   with your host to see if they can increase the timeout request on Apache. Also
   checkout this section on the FAQs I believe it may help with this issue:

 * Thanks for the quick reply! I think it must be some server setting too.
    Used
   the Duplicator database backup, and FTPd the rest, to install the site on localhost,
   and Duplicator runs on localhost just fine.

 * In most of these cases the Web Server is set at a threshold and will automatically
   kill the running process if it goes past a specific time limit…

 * Their time limit seems to be around 14 seconds, but it also seems to hang at 
   the same point each time (trying to ZIP the archive).
 * No problem on different servers or localhost though, so unlikely to be Duplicator’s“
   fault”. Also not worth the time trying to fix the server issue – since I have
   the full site running on local which was the goal.

 * The workaround right now for that particular host is to probably create a directory
   filter and then manually move any larger files, this way you can compress the
   small stuff in the 14 second time span your hosting provider is allowing you…
