    Some issues with Woofunnels. Not all features (such as showing signature on delivery as an option) will transfer over to the Woofunnel pages.

    So sorry that our plugin did not work with WooFunnles. I wish that you waited a bit for our support response.

    True that we have a Refund Terms agreement, but we do not stick to it in 99% of the cases, and we often issue refunds without asking questions. So, I just issued you a full refund of the plugin price.

    I didn’t even know if you had received my support ticket.

    I did not receive any confirmation email saying my ticket had been received. The ticket lodgement page asks you to leave your email, but there’s no place on the form for it. https://wpruby.com/submit-ticket/

    If I’d gotten some kind of response, even just an automated email saying my ticket had been received and that you’d get back to me – I wouldn’t have lost confidence in my decision to purchase your extension.

    I only wanted the refund if I couldn’t get any assistance. I left the bad review because I was frustrated that I hadn’t got a response. I have amended the review.

    I have spent a lot of time setting up the extension with my products – I would still maybe like to use it, but I just want to make sure the support requests are being received.

    Would it have been better to out in my support request on the support thread here?
