• I like the simplicity and elegance of the Brizy interface however whenever I’ve encountered a bug their support’s first response is usually a boilerplate answer claiming the plugin is working as expected.

    {please do not report bugs in review section, open a support topic instead}

    When I explained this to their support, a day later I get a boilerplate response saying this is correct. When I tried to explain it further and also provide a screenshot of the issue, they neglect to follow up with me. Maybe it was because my follow-up was angrily penned, but mainly because I took pains to describe the situation in great detail only to get a terse boilerplate answer that lacked all curiosity to explore the issue whatsoever. Essentially, telling me to go away.

    I really want to like Brizy as I think it’s overall a great page builder (not to mention my financial investment in the Pro Lifetime version). But their support is lackluster and each time I encounter an issue their first response is the say all is working fine.

    Frustrated!!!

    Since the support forum is not allowing me to edit my original post or change my rating, I can only provide a follow-up to my initial 2-star review. I initially gave a subpar rating due to what I perceived to be poor support on a bug I discovered in the Pro version. However, support since my initial submission has been excellent and the Brizy team has gone above and beyond to understand and correct the issue.

    Beyond that I have zero complaints. It’s overall and excellent plugin and a great option for your toolkit with its polished UI, elegant design and full suite of components and starter blocks.

    @atomiccherry You can write a new review, and in the stats it will replace the previous one. (After some heavy caching times out, might be several days…)
