This plugin have some bugs

Sometimes do not save changes, I click Save and do nothing, there are other reports and seems not solved this bug

Conditional field do not work on radio, I check it, select the condition but sometimes do not working.

Seems a plugin with bad code and multiple bugs random.

Need a good restyling of code
