If yous disagree with our developers, you can also troubleshoot the issue on your site to confirm. You can kindly disable all other plugins, keep only WooCommerce and our plugin.
Then check the display of Bought Together products on the Home and Shop page.
Next, you can also switch to any of our WPC themes https://profiles.wordpress.org/wpclever/#content-themes or at least the Storefront thenme by Automattic to confirm if the conflict was with the theme/template or not.
I recommend that you reach back to your ticket and discuss further about your case with our developers to get this fixed. If you could point out the error on your site with only WooCommerce, WPC theme and our WPC plugins installed, our developers will be able to investigate this properly. They will try to release a fix if this can be confirmed an issue from our plugin side.

Hi, I am sorry but being able to use your plugin just with a bunch of themes is not a solution. If I have a running site and buy your plugin it should work on that site. Best regards.

We understand your point. However, there are some themes that have conflicts by nature with some features in our plugins. The conflicts are quite a hard nut to crack for us.
Our developers always try to make our plugins work with as many themes as possible. However, this is a long journey, especially those that use the new block-based editor. The new block editor breaks the rules of special product types created by WPC plugins since it treats every product as individual so the special settings could not work properly.
As technology always change, our team is trying our best to keep up with the development. We will be investigating on the compatibility with popular themes/template.
