 * I have a freshly installed blog, initially on 2.3.2 and only a couple of days
   later upgraded to 2.3.3.
 * I just installed AdSense-Manager and have the fundamental problem that the ad
units do not display. Instead I get just the plain text “<!–adsense–>” in my
post. I have my account entered and showing in green (despite there being nothing
on the mentioned Google page called “account number”.)
 * Second, I get the weird triplet of errors reported elsewhere, but I think I know
why. If I click on “Options » AdSense Manager” link on the Manage Ads page, I
get the errors. If I click on Options and then AdSense Manager, it works fine.
The reason is the former links to `wp-admin/options-general.php?page=adsense-
manager` whereas the latter links to `wp-admin/options-general.php?page=adsense-
   manager-options`

 * **zkarj:** The Google account number is from the very bottom of the page linked
to in the Options pages. The account number normally starts with pub- and then
followed by a string of numbers. Paste that in and AdSense Manager will make
   sense of it.
 * The incorrect links in the options were (I think) due to changes in the WordPress
system for selecting pages. It certainly used to work but a lot of people have
had this problem – although it has no effect on the functioning of the plugin:
One the you have entered your Google account id there is no reason to go back
to the Options >> AdSense Manager page anyway.
 * Finally, if the tags for entering the ads are showing up as displayed <!–adsense–
   > visibly on your pages it means you’re pasting them in to the visual editor
rather than the code view. Enter the code above using the code editor and it
   should work fine.
 * If you are already using the code editor to enter ads, it may be that you haven’t
defined any ads yet? You do this through Manage >> Ads and then clicking on Create
New. To use the <!–adsense–> tag you’ll also need to make sure that one of the
   ads is identified as “default”.
 * Finally, a new version of AdSense Manager (v3.0) is coming out in the next few
days and this should make all of the above a little more intuitive.
 * Thanks for the feedback.
