    This plugin has several bugs. Unfortunately the author is not active nor replying to any message.

    1. On individual product pages, once we add a fee or discount selecting a certain payment gateway (by clicking on the small tick box), it doesn’t save the first time. You have to go a second time and check all the boxes and save again.

    2. If a customer chooses a payment method at the checkout page which has a discount or fee and their payment fails and once they get re-directed back to the order received/fail page or my account page, this discount or fee doesn’t get removed/refreshed if they select a different payment method which doesn’t have a discount or fee.

    I even purchased the pro version and sent them mails, no response.

    sorry but we could not reproduce these problem on our test server, could you please tell us ticket number if you get that. Or just resend your original message to support@coder.fm, and we will continue investigating this problem.

    We will need versions of Checkout Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce, WordPress, WooCommerce also what theme do you use.

    We are using the 1.3.0 latest pro version. We’re also using latest of woocommerce, wordpress and all other plugins are also up-to-date. These 2 issues are still active. We’re using MediaCenter Woo Theme.

    Hi Val,

    Issue #1 is solved through the update.

    But issue 2 still exist. If we place an order with gateway 1 with a discount or fee and it fails and bring back the customer to our site, if they choose to pay with payment gateway 2 for the same order, the discount or fee from gateway 1 and is shown in gateway 2 as well (even though gateway 2 doesn’t have any discount or fee added).

    sorry for delay, what payment gateway do you use for testing? just tried PayPal, so if I cancel payment on Paypal site it returning client to Cart page where clients have to select payment gateway once again (discounts recalculated).

    Hi,

    I think I understood where the issue is here. When your customer tries to pay for failed order through My Account, order is already created at that moment. So all fees are fixed, hence when payment gateway is changed, fees remain the same. I’m not sure that I can find a solution to modify that order, but I think I could make that payment gateway will be fixed in My Account (that is restricted to that gateway which was selected at first on the Checkout page). So in that case fees will be ok. Would that solution would be ok for you?

    Hi. I have the exact same problem as @chris7900.

    Will there be an update to the plugin, that regards the solution that pakes the payment gateway fixed in “My account” section?
