 * Where are the settings to create a schedule in 30 minute intervals? Why are email
   notifications to admin and client not working? My site is here: [http://www.emeraldvs.com](http://www.emeraldvs.com).
   I’ll be glad to pay for this software provided I can get some simple support.
   Thank you,
    Fred Sessoms

 * Hi [@f1mktsol](https://wordpress.org/support/users/f1mktsol/),
 * I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
 * > Where are the settings to create a schedule in 30 minute intervals?
 * Do you want to create Appointments having 30 minutes time or do you want to provide
   30 minutes gap/padding between two appointments?
 * > Why are email notifications to admin and client not working?
 * You should configure the Appointment Notification Settings on the following path
   to send them email.
 * Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Notification Settings
 * If you are having any issue sending any email from your WordPress site then try
   using and configuring the following Easy WP SMTP plugin.

 * Thank you Vinod for your timely help. To appointments, I want to create appointments
   having 30 minutes time, like: 9:30, 10:00, 10:30…How can I do this?

 * Hi [@f1mktsol](https://wordpress.org/support/users/f1mktsol/),
 * You can do so by selecting “Time base (minutes)” to 30 in the Time Settings on
   the following path.
 * Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Time Settings
 * And then configuring 30 minutes duration for the appointment services on the
   following path.
 * Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> Services
 * Best Regards,
    Vinod Dalvi

 * They have to book two separate appointments for 2 slots but you can allow them
   to book 2 slots as one appointment by activating the Appointments add-on ‘Appointments
   in product cart’ which integrates the Appointment plugin with our [MarketPress plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-ecommerce/)
   to achieve it but this add-on is only available in the following pro version
   of our Appointments plugin.

 * Yes you can do this by activating the Appointments add-on ‘Paddings’ from the
   following path
 * Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> Add-ons
 * But the above Appointments add-on ‘Paddings’ is only available in the following
   pro version of our Appointments plugin.

 * Hi [@jsamplesjr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jsamplesjr/), [@johnthebest99](https://wordpress.org/support/users/johnthebest99/),
 * As per the [Forum Welcome](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post),
   you should post your own topic so if you need any further assistance then please
   create a new topic for it using the form displayed on this page [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/appointments](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/appointments)
 * This helps to keep support tickets separate and this might also help other members
   looking for a similar answer. 🙂
 * We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread 🙂
 * Have a fantastic day!
 * Thanks,
    Vinod Dalvi
