• I installed this plug-in for a client of mine, and there have been so many issues with the connection of the Instagram account. I then have to walk through my client on how to connect their account again. This is very frustrating, my client is not very good behind the computer, and this is just a terrible plug-in. I would say the only upside to this plug-in, is that when it is working, it is not a monthly basis subscription.

We understand that reconnecting Instagram accounts can sometimes be confusing, especially for clients who aren’t very comfortable with technical steps, and we never want the process to feel like a burden.

    Most often, connection issues are related to changes on Meta’s (Facebook/Instagram) side that require accounts to be reauthenticated. That said, we’re continuously working to make this process smoother and more reliable in Spotlight so you and your clients don’t have to keep going through it.
