• I paid for the pro version of this plugin after thoroughly vetting it on the developer’s demo site, and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

    The delivered version is full of bugs and glitches that aren’t present in their demo. Their support team struggles with English comprehension, so getting anything resolved or your problem understand even with simple 1-2 sentence explanations and annotated screenshots, is futile.

    When contacting support for help with fixing their bugs, and providing them with full access to your system so they can easily replicate themselves, they still can’t figure out what’s wrong and tell you to just scrap your entire portal (that my end-users had already begun working in) and start over.
