    The Excel plugin causes Excel to crash every time you use it. The WordPress plugin causes 403 errors. When you contact customer support, expect a delayed response with a message that does not address your concerns. They’ll simply claim no other users reported a problem and won’t engage with you to understand the problem. Or, they’ll provide generic feedback for some unrelated problem.

    While the result is cool when it works, I invested SEVERAL hours building Excel templates and working with both of their plugins to make it work. In the end, it was wasted time and money when I ran into issues and could not get any help.

    I absolutely would NOT recommend this app.

    Dear customer, we regret that our solution did not work well for you. It can take a few attempts to get the result that you want. Please note that as you can see from our website, we do get spontaneous thank-you-notes from hundreds of happy customers, so the experience you report is quite uncommon.

    I don’t think there is any software developer in the world that even attempts to fix problems that they cannot recreate. I suggest you contact our support again and help them recreate the issues you are having. If they can’t, it seems the problem may be in your end. In that case, please use our generous money-back guarantee.
