• Their customer care service is very bad. Even if there is a high priority production issue, there is no response from them even after multiple follow-ups. Made a mistake of purchasing this. There are better plugins available in the market than this product. In our case, many times, the payment gets successful but the booking is not confirmed. Customers keep calling us with this issue; when contacted the support, there is no acknowledgement even after multiple follow ups. Not going to extend this next year. Already started with other better plugins available.

    What you’re describing sounds like it could be related to the way Amelia integrates with WooCommerce. We’ve seen similar situations in the past, and they’re usually tied to how the order status rules are set up in Amelia’s settings. While Amelia supports default WooCommerce logic, the connection between successful payments and confirmed bookings relies on specific order status rules – for example, the plugin needs to monitor both the Order Created and Order Updated states to confirm a booking properly.

    That said, we never want you (or your customers) to be left hanging, and we’d really like the opportunity to turn this around.
