• Plugin has caused inconsistencies between website and Facebook catalog. Support was not able to give a solution to fix the issue. I have been advertising unavailable products for a long time. This plugin, though free, has cost me hunderds of euro’s because of its bad design. Besides that it also slows down your site dramatically and gives tons of errors in your log file.

    Hi there @daveverzijl,

Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry to read you are having problems with the Facebook for WooCommerce extension.

Usually, catalog behaviors like these are due to some conflicts with other active plugins or sync issues.
For all design suggestions, it would be great to have you add your ideas to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.

I know that you are not submitting a support ticket here but a review instead. However, If you’ve decided that you don’t want to work through this any further, I totally understand. If that’s the case, please just ignore this reply. Otherwise, could you let me know what we can help you with by submitting a support ticket here?

Or, simply link us to the unresolved topic.

Once we have a bit more information, we are happy to help.

    Best!
