• I could not get this plugin working in a basic way, despite working closely with the Support team. I reported a major bug to the team (could not duplicate events with tickets successfully, in fact it resulted in tickets and ticket sales being LOST on the source event!), but never heard back on whether it was fixed or not.

    This company doesn’t seem to do solid release testing with their software, and their documentation often doesn’t align with real-life capabilities of their software.

    BE CAREFUL using their plugins on mission-critical websites!
