    I have frequently discovered that one or more of my Klaviyo forms suddenly disappears from my website. The only solution is to disconnect WP from Klaviyo account, delete the plugin from WP, then reinstall the plugin and reconnect to Klaviyo. Bam! the forms come back! But my gosh, what a rigmarole. First to finally discover this was the fix, and secondly I’ve had to do this 3 times now in 6 weeks. As others have suggested, this seems to be a poorly coded plugin. Not recommended.

    Hi Mark – I haven’t heard of anyone else having a similar issue with their forms. That sounds frustrating! Please reach out to support when it happens again and we can take a look with you.
