    Thanks for your review. We are sorry for everything that happened recently. I understand the disappointment.
    User satisfaction is always a number one priority for us and we deeply regret this incident.

    Could you please give us another chance?:) I want to ask you to do me a favor and update your plugin to the latest version, 13.0.5 and let us know the result. Because recently we work hard, even on the weekends and holidays, to fix all the problems. And that was the reason we were too busy to answer all the questions here and be responsive.
