Buggy and poor support

We purchased the PRO version and had problems from day one. I had big hopes that this would solve the problems our users have trying to use the WordPress admin editor to create posts.

Problem #1: We wanted to give users an easy self posting front end, and this plug delivered that…almost. As soon as the plug is is enabled it also wants to force you to use their editor to edit pages, which I did not want. But their is no way to disable it, and any attempt to edit a page results in displaying an error page if you have not configure a page for editing pages!

Problem #2: oEmbed does not work to display media. Since this is a major feature my users need, to post videos, this is a show stopper. Sure they can get the embed code from YouTube or Vimeo like we did in the good ‘ol days, but my users are paying for the luxury of not needing to learn how to do that.

Problem #3: No refund policy. No surprise here, take the money and run!
