    Their paid admin dashboard is quite basic (it looks like it’s been made in the last decade).

    Their “basic” (to be kind) administration page is a sign of the quality of the services provided. I’ve bought a paid plan and I got errors and bugs from minute one.

    I hate when I pay for a plugin and then I just have to submit a support ticket to make it work!

    Hello there,

    Thank you for the feedback.

    We have refunded your money back 100% as promised and explained what’s went wrong with your case. We have also provided a free package for your project so you can check how this plugin works without any ticket need to be made. We do have a plan to upgrade our dashboard user interface. For now, we are focusing more toward the functionality, accuracy of the data, image quality and the easiness of importing products to users woocommerce dashboard (also what differ between free and paid package).

    To be clear here, there is no difference between paid and free dashboard. This is not what we offer, we will try to remain open source and that has cost us in the development of user dashboard design.

    We have never forced any user to pay to start using our plugin, we offer this plugin for free with a limitation on the number of the item available for import, automation process and monitored items as it costs us server resources. So to be clear here, please. Free and paid package will have the same dashboard interface (which does not look that good).

    In your case, as we have explained on the chat system. Something went wrong with your payment that locked you out temporary (404 system return) from your dashboard, and fairly we responded directly as soon as a technical person is available to investigate the case (office hours). If you would have kindly waited a bit more it would be resolved without you having to have to create a ticket. For that we sincerely apologize, your incident happened at 3 AM in our timezone which leaves no authorized personnel available to check your payment issue.
