Hello, i have a problem with the plugin on a subdomain.

When the user in front accept cookies, there is an error in the file
/plugins/gdpr-cookie-compliance/dist/scripts/main.js

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

I don’t understand because i use the same plugin, with the same parameters in 20 others website

Thanks for using our plugins.

We have checked your site, and the issue is related to AJAX requests, these seems restricted on your multisite network to accept only whitelisted requests:

Main Site – working properly
https://example.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=test_action

Sub Site – not working, it redirects to homepage and generates JSON error
https://en.example.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=test_action

You can fix the issue by adding the following line to your functions.php, by this our plugin insert the scripts without AJAX request.

add_action( 'gdpr_cc_prevent_ajax_script_inject', '__return_true' );
