• This is a weird bug that I have isolated to Loco Translate…

I manage a webshop running on WordPress and WooCommerce (both latest stable versions). When the stock quantity for a product drops below or at 0, the normal response for the item to get a stock status of “out of stock”. With Loco enabled however, the status is set to “on backorder”. (“allow backorders” is turned off btw)

I have disabled all other plugins as well as reverting to the default twentyseventeen theme. The bug is present with only Loco enabled, and fixed the moment I disable it.

The only translation I have used Loco for, is for a plugin related to WooCommerce (Composite Products). For now I disabled Loco, and moved the mo and po files for this plugin into the plugins own languages folder. This works for me, so I am not spending a lot more time digging, but I wanted to let you know either way. Great job on the plugin otherwise 🙂

All that Loco Translate does when you’re viewing your site is it tries to load your custom translation files before the installed ones. No other behaviour will change with it installed.

Do you have multiple translation files for the same language?
