• Just downloaded your plugin v1.20 Noticed and odd incompatibility with Woocommerce (latest version). As soon as your plug-in is enabled the Woocommerce Products menu in the WP Admin panel disappears.

I tried everything including changing the order in enabling them and having only those two plugins active (all other turned off). Same behaviour as soon as your plugin is on the Products menu disappear.

Otherwise your plugins does exactly what it says it does and what we need.

    Thanks & Best Regards

    Hi

Thanks for this, I stand corrected, I retried and in fact the conflict is with another plugin, however I confirm that when I turn off your plugin the Products menu reappears.

Now to try to find which plugin is causing the issue. I will report back asap.

    Regards.

    Found the conflict.

Woo Import Export Version 1.0 | By VJInfotech.

They don’t like each other. If both Woo Import Export and Team are enabled I lose Products. As soon as I disable one of them Products is back on.

Should i also open a ticket with Woo Import Export?

    Best Regards

Yes indeed this is the one.

Now that I know what is causing what, the simple workaround is to disable it after an import or an export… It is a type of plugin that does not need to be constantly on… but still would be nice not to have to worry 😉

    Many thanks
    Gilbert
