Support » Plugin: WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips » Bug with sequential order numbers pro – tracking, carrier and date not recorded

  • Hi,
Would like to say WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips is a great plugin, I love using it, please keep up the good work.

I have run into an issue for a clients website after installing sequential order numbers pro 1.10.1 plugin.

I have just added a prefix of “10” to go in front of the original order number.

After this change the email sent to the customer with the PDF invoice (Customer Completed Order email) does not record the

    pick up date
    carrier name
    tracking code

in the email it jus says
“Your order has been dispatched via on 1st January 1970.
    The tracking number is .

So I can see that after “10” prefix is added to the order number WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips cannot link to the order to get this information.

I would love to be able to get sequential order numbers pro to work with your plugin, is there any suggestions or fixes you can recommend that would allow this to work?

    many thanks

Hi! I think you’re confusing plugins here, Sequential Order Numbers Pro is a separate plugin! Also, the email you mention is being sent by WooCommerce, with or without the PDF invoice plugin.
    Basically

    Or am I missing something?
